While purchasing a new car, I asked the service department to change my wiper blades on the car I purchased from them new a few years ago.  They cracked my windshield while changing the blades and then told me they were not responsible because changing blades was a 'goodwill' gesture. I had what I think is a reasonable expectation that they could manage to change a set of wiper blades without damaging my car.  I saw the person changing them had a large screwdriver in his hand while changing the blades.  Now they don't return calls from me, and have refused to make this right. I am now left to address the issue myself, and am driving an unsafe car.  Update: Had a lovely call from the service manager and general manager and they are going to simply replace my windshield which is all I asked for.  Great solution, and good work Bank Street Toyota I really appreciate your service !

Bought a car earlier this year from them and had a fantastic experience. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions and gave me the confidence to move forward with my purchase. Specifically wanted to highlight Egor who was our sales rep. He knew his stuff. Also wanted to highlight Brock who was the sales manager and made the process straightforward and stress-free. Would highly recommend working with this dealership.

I came to Bank street Toyota to order my 4Runner. From the time I walked near the door. James the sales consultant opened the door greet me with a smile. Walked me to his desk offered me a coffee or water.  We chat for a while then he asked me about what I was really looking for in my new 4Runner. He took his time to ask proper questions, he was also nice cordial and sometimes firm. He made the transaction a whole lot easier than I expected. I had no plan to buy same day but because of his honesty patient and his willingness to find out things he didn’t know. I ordered my new 4Runner. People not all sales representative are the same. I truly believe the culture at Bank street. It’s fun, honest, and great people.  I want to thank James Augustin. If you need a  Toyota new or used GO SEE HIM!!! You will  not be disappointed.

I take my car to Bank Street Toyota only for all my car services/maintenance. I feel respected as a customer and the service is always top notch. When I took my car in last week to get my winter tires put on, I was served by Elias, a co-op student. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and seemed genuinely happy to be working behind the counter/serving me. I was so impressed with this young man that I mentioned it to the services manager! Another great experience at Bank Street Toyota.

Let me start off by saying that I’ve never had a good experience at a car dealership. I’ve never had a good experience for many reasons. I’ve either had to deal with pushy salesman, a terrible financial manager, or another individual at the dealership who is trying to get me to sign for more options or more money than I wanted to spend. When I showed up to Bank Street Toyota, I was greeted by James. At first I was extremely nervous and weary, as all my experiences with car dealerships have been negative up to this point. He was welcoming, extremely professional, and was not pushy whatsoever. I told him exactly what I wanted, how much money I wanted to spend, and I would make the purchase if he could come to terms with me financially. He was straight to the point. He didn’t try to add any additions to the price or to upsell me in anyway. He told me a price, and he told me the best price right off the bat. I know this, because I shopped around at other Toyota dealerships in the area and none came close to his number. In regard to my trade-in, he was very upfront and honest and gave me a great number immediately. He explained the process of purchasing a vehicle through him in great detail. And when the vehicle arrived at the dealership, he showed me every single option, took an extreme amount of time to make sure I was comfortable with my purchase. I cannot say anything negative about my experience with James. He was fantastic! If you’re in the market for a new vehicle, specifically a Toyota, I would highly recommend going to see James. It was such a pleasant experience to deal with a salesman who didn’t take advantage, or try to make it feel like he was gaining something from the sale. A few weeks after I purchased a vehicle I got a phone call. To my surprise it was James. He was making sure that my two car seats fit in the vehicle and that my wife was happy with my purchase. I know Toyota’s last a very long time and they don’t break down easily. But when I do need another car or I would like an upgrade, I will be going back to see James.

To make a long story short, I am super happy with my purchase. Let me start off with I purchased a Camry Hybrid from Bank Street Toyota and couldn't be happier. Great customer service and such an easy purchasing process. I was first greeted by Egor, who was extremely knowledgeable and knew exactly what I needed. I originally came in to look at a solely gas only Camry to replace my old vehicle. After discussing my needs and my average commute. Egor made it apparent by showing me the math, that over time, with how gas prices are and my commute to work that a Hybrid model would actually save me money in the long run. Let's just say, that was the moment I knew we had a deal. Thank you Egor for your expertise and knowledge, I love my new car.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting James when I was looking to purchase a newer vehicle. He was very personable and helpful in searching for our vehicle of choice, which as I had expected in such times.James thoroughly described the standard and additional features and identified optional items to consider. He also walked me through the process covering vehicle preparation, purchasing and after sales support. When it came time to put pen to paper, I felt that that I was well informed and confident about my decision. I was very appreciative of having James assist me in my major purchase.I will recommend to my friends and family to purchase their vehicle in this location. Ask for James!!

I received excellent service from Egor at this branch. He answered all my questions and made the process seamless and smooth. I bought a brand new car a month ago and haven’t had any issues. My husband and I had a great experience at Bank Street Toyota. We purchased a new car back in September, and although the expected wait was 6-8 months, we got our vehicle December 12th! We wanted to give a big shout out to Egor, he helped us out a lot over the past few months. He gave us exactly what we wanted! Egor was easy to talk too, was knowledgeable and very patient with us. He made sure we were happy every step of the way! Thank you Bank Street Toyota for the great customer service.

Just wanted to leave a quick review to thank Egor and Moe for helping me get into my new Rav4.  Egor was great to work with, was very knowledgeable, and answered all my questions. He was great at showing me the car as well and getting me set up on the Toyota App. I was at ease when making and taking delivery of such a big purchase. Super appreciate it.  Moe was also great to work with and made the financial aspect easy to work through. He was super responsive via email and we had no issues.  I know buying vehicles in 2022 is very difficult but Bank St Toyota made it worthwhile. Thanks!
