Curbside pickup at Home Hardware works wonderfully. If they don’t have the item number in stock they quickly suggest an alternative that is often the same thing but cheaper. It shows they know their inventory and their customers’ needs.
fantastic customer service, I needed a fan and the staff were helpful to help me locatet it. The price, quality and selection is great too! I'm brand new to Ottawa and found everything I needed to settle in. Y 2 thumbs up
I love this small store. Friendly, knowledgeable staff, an excellent collection of useful items, including a lot of stuff for the kitchen. Note, though: you can get parking tickets, and the selection is much less than the big hardware guys have to offer.

Great local old-school small hardware store. Glad they are back open. During the lockdown, there was always a line outside for curbside pickup, giving you an indication of how popular and important the store is to the neighbourhood. Thumbs up.
