We rented a summer beach cottage in Truro through Cape Cod Oceanview Realty and had a tremendous experience! Katey, one of the agents was extremely responsive and easy to work with. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was outstanding which included going to the property to take additional photos and providing extra fans to use while we rented! We were so pleased with our experience we are renting again with them next summer.

Excellent Service - outstanding really. We had an issue with a house we rented - the house was beautiful but our family members had difficulty with the setup. One was recovering from a knee replacement and another, "'grandma" who was 90, came with us unexpectedly. The stairs in the house were a challenge as were the shower/tubs. I spoke to Tony and he was completely understanding and immediately helpful. He found another rental for us which was astounding - it suited our needs - He then contacted the owner of the property was able to convince her to give us a refund on any days that we left her rental. Tony spent two days working out our problem. The best was how sympathetic he was and that he didn't make us feel that we were inconveniencing him. I would rent anytime from this company - A very appreciative thank you.

Rented a property through Oceanview Realty. When we first arrived to the cottage it was filthy. It looked as if it hadn't been cleaned. We contacted the rental agency and within 30 minutes a cleaning crew was over to clean the house. Not exactly how we wanted to start our vacation, but the issue was resolved rather swiftly thanks to Ashley. She followed up with us and we were all set, but it was nice to hear from her! We had a trash question too and Kaitlyn helped us. Great customer service provided by Oceanview. Can't wait to come back next year!!

Property we rented was misrepresented; no one answered the after hours 'emergency' phone; no one has followed up on our complaint. Would not deal with this agency again

The AC in one of the bedrooms didn't work on day 2 and we notified the rental company. First they have a message machine (not a cell phone that a person actually answers in this day and age I was surprised). I left a message and waited almost 2 hours and called again. Finally a very unsympathetic person called me back and offered no apology. All she said she would do was call the home owner. I asked don't you have a handy man on call as it was 90 degrees that day and she said she'd try and find someone. I called 3 hours later to inform her I had not heard back from anyone, we were leaving for dinner and I was going to move the queen mattress into our kids bedroom. Never heard from her that day. The next morning (Monday) she called to inform me that a handyman would come over to check on it. Again never an apology. I expressed my displeasure that no one ever called to give me an update and inform me no one would be coming on Sunday. In my opinion she knew no one was coming but was unwilling to tell me and left me hanging. The handyman was quite nice and it seemed to have fixed itself. I wouldn't rent from them again. I'll rent directly from home owners in the future. I believe the response time is faster and the customer service is much better.
