After trying to sell a condominium myself through ComFree and then with a local real estate agent in the summer 2016 and having absolutely no offers come in I decided to take a break from the market for a year. Luckily for me, a friend enthusiastically recommended Lee Beauregard when I mentioned I was interested in trying to once again sell my condo late in the summer of 2017. Despite what could be described as a “soft” condo market at the time, my unit sold within 2 weeks! I give full credit to Lee and his approach to selling. Lee is an absolute professional in every sense of the word and leaves no detail to chance. Lee applies his experience, knowledge and wisdom to every aspect of the listing and sale. I can't recommend Lee highly enough. He is not only very professional and well-organized, but is also kind and patient, and gives excellent advice. I moved to Ottawa recently and don't know the area well, and Lee was very good at listening to what I wanted and identifying places I would like. When I decided to buy, he moved quickly so that my offer could be accepted within a short timeframe. Throughout the process, Lee advised me honestly and repeatedly went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy and that the purchase went smoothly. Thanks Lee!

Lee helped my partner and I find the perfect home, and we are so thankful for his hard work and dedication in getting us to this point. He is professional, punctual, responsive, and carefully considers the wants/needs of his clients. He provided us with useful information and advice throughout the process and was always available to answer any questions/concerns we had. Although I was somewhat skeptical from the onset that we would be able to find a home within our budget that fit all of our criteria, Lee was able to make it happen -- and all within a relatively short time frame.
