Cape Cod Ocean Manor

The folks here, Marty and Sondra Lee knock themselves out for their guests! The first time we stayed Sondra Lee explained there would be plenty of gluten free/dairy free breakfast options for me and there were so many I couldn't decide! We had such a warm and cozy stay we returned and this time there were welcoming trays and baskets of fresh, organic, fruit, gluten free cereals with all kinds of mix-ins, rice milk in the fridge, and a coffee pot in the room all set up for the morning. Our room had free Wi-fi, flat screen TV, warm, soft sheets and blankets, a comfy bed. Love this place!

I have been meaning to write this review but life has taken over as it does. Our stay was wonderful. We stayed for part of our Honeymoon. The rooms are so clean and cozy! We loved the breakfast! We ate it EVERY morning except our last because we tried to beat the bad weather to our next stop in NY. Martin wasn't just a host, he is now honestly someone we call a friend! He gave us so much advice on where to go and things to see. He even gave us advice on our day trip to Boston offering us a place to park so we could take the train. (We ended up driving because we left too late BIG mistake! My husband said he didn't mind but traffic horrified me! haha) He suggested places to eat nearby all delicious and affordable. You are close to very nice beaches! We walked to them all. You're near the Kennedy compound if your interested in seeing it. Decent walk to downtown but if you don't mind walking it's a nice walk. If you listen to Martin and use what he highlights on the map you will be introduced to some gems on the Cape! We decided after day one that we will be back and we will stay at the Ocean Mannor! Appalachia is our home but the Cape is now our home away from home!

Great wee b&b , Martin and his wife are very friendly and helpful. It's expensive and a little dated.

Our 2 night stay at the Cape Code Ocean Manor was very nice! From the moment we pulled up to the B&B we received a warm and pleasant welcome from Karen and Martin. The grounds of the B&B were immaculate, clean and beautiful. We stayed in Room 2 and really enjoyed it. Stepping out to the large, back porch was a great touch to staying in this room! Karen and Martin were very helpful and offered great advice and recommendations for local attractions, beaches, and restaurants. The B&B was in a perfect location, close to the beach, harbor side restaurants, ferry, and the many bars, restaurants and shops along Main St. My boyfriend and I really enjoyed our Cape weekend and look forward to staying here again next Summer!
