The festival is held in Commissioners Park, which, while not located downtown, is a beautiful setting for this colorful event.nnThe sea of vibrant tulips in full bloom was breathtaking—the amazing colors were truly a sight to behold and made for some fantastic photo opportunities.nnDo be aware that parking can be a bit tricky, so plan ahead or consider taking public transit. Despite the parking challenge, the beauty and charm of the festival made it totally worth it. It's a perfect outing for families and couples. We left with wonderful memories and lots of great pictures.
Lovely sight of variety of Tulips in full bloom. The Tulip festival is always a beautiful sight to behold every year. Due to the popularity of the festival, there's usually a crowd with lots of people along the walk path and trying to take pictures with the tulip. There are a lot more people here during the weekends. I guess best time to visit will be during the week if time permits. Apart from taking long walks and snapping pictures with the Tulips, you can also grab food and drinks within the Commissioner's Park. The walkways and pathways are all wheel chair accessible with accessible parking also nearby for anyone interested in visiting.
Beautiful during tulip season. But also beautiful during any season. There is a lake infront which keep you cool and also you can go for nice walk and go kayak. There is free 1-2 hour parking near by on the streets
The tulips were beautiful once again this year, although when we went during the second week quite a few patches were dying off but that’s what happens with flowers! It was busy for a Friday late morning, but we found we had enough space to take any pictures or videos we wanted. We greatly appreciated all of the signs letting us know what the names of the tulips were and overall, you could see the tremendous amount of care and love put into these beautiful flowers!
Very well organised event. In a prime location. Have portable washrooms facilities for visitors. Vibrant tulips. You can order tulip bulbs online from their posted link & your order will be delivered from Netherlands to your designated address just before the tulip planting season. A joyful festival to remember. Kid friendly. Have portable foods shops, Ice cream parlor, halal foods, lemonade shops. The park is of large area & have many fun activities to do.
