The Bronson Centre is one of those venues you’re kind of confused about but the vibes are good so it’s fine. It used to be an all girls school and it definitely does feel like you are in a high school theatre. It’s a fine establishment I’ve long been a fan of and this review day the Beths were playing. The incredible night was accentuated with the standard, a nice cold ginger ale. Listening to music with those you love is only made sweeter with the powerful sugars in the beverage. The staff are always great and I’m excited to see how they renovate, go get that public funding!

Nice cozy venue to see live music. The main floor is sloped towards the stage so it gets a little tough on the back. There is a balcony with seats but you often have to specifically buy balcony tickets and you can usually go down to the floor if you want. Drinks are around $10 for liquor or tall boys or Smirnoff. The air conditioning can't keep up in the summer so it gets pretty hot.
First time since it's renovation. Really impressed. Sound was excellent, bar service was close by. The floor is angled so everyone can see. Great venue which Ottawa desperately needs for live shows.
They get some great shows, but I wish they had a box office and didn't charge for water or at the very least, allowed empty water bottles in, with a fountain available. Online ticket fees are sometimes 33% of the ticket price. Last show kids were getting dehydrated and overheated BC they didn't want to pay the high water prices.
