Canadian Tire

Did not close the hood on my wife's car after an oil change. Left a center cap off and did not put the wheel lock key back in the car after tire change. Saturday techinicians need a bit more supervision.

I requested for synthetic oil change but was given the regular conventional oil instead. When i ask the desk personnel, He said he had no idea and that "tout est bon".....worst service at this particular location.

I would give 0 stars if possible.This is the worst place to go DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE . I spent 1000 + $ to get it fixed and it still isn't working now I'm stuck with a broken car at home and they can't do anything about it for at least 3 days because it's the weekend and then a holiday Monday. I would have to get it towed there but I don't have the money to do that (because I spent it all on the 'repairs' and they are refusing to tow it in. I still haven't spoken to the manager because he won't be there for a few days but just DO NOT GO THERE. The people at the desk are really nice though. UPDATE: they misdiagnosed the car and it cost me an additional 400$ on top of the 1000$ and an extra week to get it done. ANOTHER UPDATE: 1 day and 1500$ later and my car won't start again and they are really not being very helpful.

Friendly staff and good variety of products. As with most Canadian Tire location, the red shirts are indeed a rare breed. I just thought of an interesting theory... Perhaps they were recruited for a Star Trek episode and were killed off... That would be sad, but it would explain a lot.
