Terrible customer service. Difficult to find anyone for help and if you're lucky enough too they are not knowledgeable about products whatsoever.

Terrible return policy- I purchased a Cordless Dyson Vacuum the other day and see it in a flyer now on sale a newer model for less. They will not allow a return for the sale price or a new vacuum. Canadian tire is a terrible place for large purchases.

Seasonal customer service is absolutely terrible, employee don't know what they are doing and don't offer any help. go to the other Canadian tire in Sudbury.

store is barely organised, staff lack proper training and cross training. When employees out number customers 3 to 1 and there is still a significant line, as slack jawed red shirt wearing employees mill about facing, pricing and sweeping, is unacceptable. Hilman fasteners are all completely mixed up, bring a micrometer.
