Small town hardware store with a level of customer service that puts the larger competitors across town to shame. Always have what I need and the staff are quick to approach and ask if I need help, eliminating time wasted wandering the isles.

I was first attracted to Walden Home Hardware because it was well-stocked and conveniently located. It has become much more than that to me. The staff, there, go above and beyond good service. (SO rare, nowadays!) They are not only friendly, but they are competent, and helpful. I recommend this store - without hesitation.

Bought an outside door handle for $135.59 in mid May from Walden Home Hardware. Had a recommended Home Hardware person install a new door with the new handle in mid June. In mid August the door handle would not open the door. Inferior product not backed up by the store.
