We had a problem with our windshield washer hose. We stopped at Canadian Tire in Mount Forest. We were looking for a fitting to make a repair. Curtis at the Automotive Desk was extremely helpful. He took us to the plumbing section to find the clamps but they were not found there. Curtis went back to the desk to check the computer and came back to show us the correct location. We were very appreciative of his extra efforts. Curtis was very friendly and courteous. Brita and Allan Maki, Owen Sound, Ontario.

If I could give a no star I would!!! It is damn pathetic that that can’t take their own product back to the store even with a receipt and with in 8 days of purchase. Just because of the box being opened?????? I will absolutely never shop at the mount forest location ever again. The management sucks at their job and not at all there to make customers happy. I’m not done and that’s a promise. This is getting taken further than you even know
Went to have my tires changed, was told it would be an hour, it took 2. No waiting area except a hard chair. They also charge as much as the dealer so I paid premium prices for poor quality service. Definitely won’t be doing that again.
The worst Canadian tire ever , Don’t take your vehicle there as they will break it while they make you wait hours as they break it they can’t even switch your tires they will break sensors and tell you their balance machine is broken , will rip you off and lie and be rude the manager will offer you a ride and to leave your vehicle there while their Mickey Mouse mechanics break your vehicle. Stay far away from this place.nGo somewhere else do not take your vehicle here.
