Staff were very polite and helpful. What surprised me was the lighting in the center of the store was quite dim in the aisles. I was in the carpet shampoo section and it was not well lit. Similar issues at Peavey whereas you go to Home Depot and every aisle is brighter. For a newer store I was quite surprised.
Labels and pricing on baseball gloves are unclear...where there should be a price it's got a barcode so I had to take them up to the register to see the prices. I tried finding a price checker but none was there. The workers in the paint section were just chatting with each other....not good customer service from the last few times I've come to this place. Rather drive the extra 10 minutes and drive to the Listowel location.

If I could give a no star I would!!! It is damn pathetic that that can’t take their own product back to the store even with a receipt and with in 8 days of purchase. Just because of the box being opened?????? I will absolutely never shop at the mount forest location ever again. The management sucks at their job and not at all there to make customers happy. I’m not done and that’s a promise. This is getting taken further than you even know
