Canadian Tire

It's 50/50 when it comes to what your looking for... Most of the time the item's or item you're getting is in stock. The staff are decent, except when they mistake someone who isn't a thief for a thief. As is once again, the case of profiling a younger individual, judging them by the way they look. 4/5 stars for the business and the way they uphold themselves 1 out of 5 stars for the 75% of the staff who thinks someone in a hoodie with a back pack and flat brim hat is steeling items..nn*** Construction is undergoing on the right side of Canadian tires property if your looking at it from the parking lot this does not effect any of Canadian tires parking or hours of operation ***

I had an awful experience in the store recently. I won’t include the details but it led me to phone corporate office. I recieved a phone call within a couple hours. They covered the cost of the work being done to my vehicle not related to the horrible experience and recieved personal apologies from staff at the location. They did try to make my experience as I always remembered it because I thought of Canadian Tire as a friendly place. They tried hard to restore that feeling after my horrible experience. Kudos to them for working tonfix a bad situation. I cannot say my faith is restored by one visit but I can definitely say that my last visit was more welcoming.nI also highly recommend their hunting and fishing section. The gentleman there I believe his name is Gary, is very friendly and knowledgeable and they have huge amounts of inventory for hunters and for fishing!

Couldn’t find the retractable ratchet straps, but Christian was super helpful right away. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I got exactly what I needed. Great service!

If I could rate 0 on the service department, I would. Quoted me an hour and a half to have the tires I purchased there to mount and balance. Their waiting area is under construction and not set up elsewhere. They suggested I go sit at the Chevron down the road while I wait. After almost 3 hours of sitting down the road they responded “oh we were just about to call you.” For $200 to mount and balance the tires purchased through them - I highly recommend taking them literally anywhere else than dealing with this service department! No apology or even acknowledge of this horrible service either.

Was leaving the store through auto motive and the pale long hair blond kid made me feel like an absolute idiot while trying to leave. As he was telling me to pull the gate. Other staff members behind the counter laughing. Feel very put off for going back. If you work in customer service do better please.
