Canadian Tire

I will never shop or step foot in this store again. I went into the store to look at bicycles as I was interested in buying one from Canadian Tire, I missed a sign on the front door for people to leave there backpacks at the front, the way I was confronted ,talked too and escorted to the front by 3 employees was absolutely ridiculous, I've never felt so singled out in my entire life, they raised their voices to me in an threatening Manor not to mention pretty much surrounded me in 3 directions, while customers were looking at me, one of the employees stood and didn't move as I said excuse me to head to the front, all the while wonen are walking around with purses in hand. If there is a way of me suing Canadian Tire Penticton I will be doing so.

Just left Penticton Canadian Tire. Had bought two defective MotoMaster Tires. I am told they will not warrantee them. I have to buy new ones. Go to a real business that stands behind their product. Canadian Tire doesn't.

The staff at this location are always helpful and personable. The store is well stocked and organized too. Parking is plentiful too. (Making a left back onto the highway can be challenging when you leave, but that's minor).

I like this store. it's roomy, they always seem to have what I want and today I bought a gaming chair that I feel like I stole from them. About 450 in staples and I got it for 199.00. Full tilt, full sound system, had it together in 15 minutes. I have made many other purchase over the last 5 months (moved into a new home) and my man cave is a tribute to Canadian tire products from shelving to a small fridge.. Even nice people who can take a joke (I take no one seriously, especially myself). My only complaint would be they need a lot more Toronto Maple Leafs stuff in there, too many unsold piles of Canuck stuff.(they do still have a team don't they? Or sort of one?) Really now, great store and piles of inventory. Never had a problem with the staff or finding assistance. NEVER.

I recently purchased a set of 33 inch duratracs from the Canadian Tire Shop at a great price. We had a difficult to figure out issue after installing them though. Long story short we had exceptionally good customer service from Bob, and the mechanic that did most of the work on our vehicle, Dan, was very helpful also. Highly recommend these guys, we will be taking all our tire work to them. Problems happen, but how a company deals with them makes all the difference!
