Good quality furniture, and when you can get it on sale, really the best. Higher end lines. Pleasant sales associates - no pressure buying experience. I've bought quite a few items here over the years, and have never been disappointed. Parking spaces are plenty, all free. Access on and off the street is easy

If you're in the market for furniture, especially La-Z-Boy GO HERE! Ask for Helen. Don't be fooled by "midnight madness" or "exclusive savings" etc. at the La-Z-Boy in Kelowna. Guerard's will save you a whole lot just with their regular pricing. Extremely happy with our purchase price, Helen's professionalism and advice. Can't say enough how pleased we are. GO HERE.

I purchased a sofa from Guerard's and was blown away by how patient and helpful the staff were in helping me find the perfect fit for my living room. I went the route of a special order, which was to take about 6 weeks. What I was particularly impressed with was how Guerard's would check in with me a few times over the course of the 6 weeks to tell me where in the production and shipping cycle my sofa was. I was given plenty of notice to schedule the delivery and I was equally impressed with the professionalism and special care the delivery team took with my sofa. About a week later, I noticed something wasn't quite right with my sofa. This was no fault of Guerard's, it was an issue stemming from the manufacturer. When I called Guerard's they dealt with the issue immediately, making arrangements to get my sofa repaired within days, locally. I was without my new sofa for only a few hours. Had I purchased my sofa from a big box store, I know I would have never received that kind of service. I tell all my friends about Guerard's now!
