Went shopping for some UGGs yesterday & was curious about their selections at this branch. They had just the right boots I was looking for in size/color I wanted! Customer service was perfect as well, extremely patient with my indecisiveness. I was in need of assistance & a kind little lady was there helping me all the way to my final decisions of purchase. Desk clerk introduced a reasonable 10% off membership for the entire year, which is a good deal if you will be buying from Rubino throughout the seasons. Thanks! Will shop again

I NEVER COMBACK! When my son choosing his shoes the cashier points straight to him say DON'T TOUCH. I know we are Asian and you didn't welcome us at the first time we came to your store. And this was racism. I was email to your customer service and didn't get any reply. Embarrassing!!!!

Excellent place and service was perfect

Shoes are great but the customer service is the WORST. The employees be talking between them while we gotta see them for help and not them coming to us. When I bought the employee was kinda making me not buy the inexpensive one but like it's not my fault if you do not make enough money..

Never again! We bought a pajar rain boot on sale, then after few use during guarantee period it cracks, rain infiltrates inside, there's a cut in insole. Rubino after arguing said they'll exchange within few days. Then they change their mind, wanna ship the boots to manufacturer first then see. They argue their guarantee is nowadays only 3 months! Will update review if they honour the warranty.

Good choice, different brands. The prices are little bit expensive. Look for sales , sometimes with super interesting sales. Quality is good, service is good. They seem to know what they're talking about.

Very good customer service. Nice choice of shoes and boots. Prices are a little bit high compared to some onther places that sale the sames brands.
