This store is absolutely enormous and will have literally anything you are searching for!

I went to get a part. Never before I had an issue to get the same part, until a young man asking me for a part number which I did not have but told him the engine number and he can look it up and get a replacement part for my engine. The young man insisted to get a part number.nI asked where the more experienced worker was. I was sent another young man asking the same thing, a part number. He said to me that we carry many parts for this engine. I said look it up and find me the replacement part like the other service guy did before for me at the same Canadian Tire. He proceeded to tell me that he will not service me if I kept telling him to look it up and thought I was being rude to ask for a service.nnI just left the store and went to another store to get my part. I gave the same engine number and they looked for the part I needed and within 20 minutes we found the replacement part for my engine.nnThis is what you have become Canadian Tire, lack of service to clients, workers that don't care about looking for a part we need. Just the fact your employee was not willing to look it up is alarming. Unfortunately for us consumers, this is what we face. You lost a costumer and the other store gained a customer. Why? Because the difference in caring for it's clients and the level of service your store could not provide.

I was looking for some accessories for my 2010 Honda Odyssey backup camera,remote start, bluetooth. They sent me to the shop across the street... not very happy, but in all fairness shops specialized in this kinds of accessories had troubles with the bluetooth....

Very slow service at the parts counter. Have a long wait to order a part and just as long a wait to pick up the part the next day. Amazon so much faster at the same price

Terrible experience , I won’t be going back and neither should you.. After they broke a piece on my car their mistake costed me roughly 600-800$. All that for an oil change. They assured me it was all okay until I myself went to see another mechanic for secondary advice only to find out that they kept my car parts and didn’t put them back on. Real thieves and they will do it with a smile! Be warned !
