Called this morning to put an item on hold. The woman asked for my name and said I'll keep it for you. Show up at the store, they sold my item to someone else. Bravo les champions. Drove 40 minutes for nothing.
Worst Possible store!! Customer Service is HORRENDOUS! ZERO curtesy, zero respect, and will hang up in you face the minute you call them out on their warranty! Don't expect reimbursement, or help if your product breaks. Bought a tempo, a year later the poles start to rust! Ask them what we can do, they refuse to help and hang up my face! I truly hope people be careful when buying from this store! Horrible quality tempo! The screws are also cheap and break and rust.
The layout makes it easy to find what you need. But, the selection is limited. 3 times out of 4 I end up at Rona. Best place in town to get propane though, and the staff is more knowledgeable than most hardware stores.

Always good service and real help. Curiously, the prices are often better than much bigger hardware stores. If I can get it here, I will.
I have probably spent over 50000$ over the past 2 years in this store. I went today to ask the guy in the plumbing section a question and he was very rude. It felt like I was bothering him. I can't believe they would actually put a guy like this in customer service!!!!! I will be sending all my employees and myself to a different store!!
Employees very helpful and considerate, ask only once if you need help then leave you alone until you ask for help. They have pretty much everything!
Great service from their personnel. Always find what we are looking for, good quality.
