After 12 yrs of loyalty to this business they have been a complete disappointment! The interior of my car was completely covered in Known product and more than 1/2 of the plugs were not even put back in my car. I had to have my car professionally cleaned as it was not drivable. The owner Dean was not willing to pay for the cleaning or refund us for the horrible job that was not even completed on my car! He is so arrogant that he will not even pick up the phone and talk to us, but instead only responded to one email!!! I would advise anyone that cares about their vehicle to NOT TAKE IT THERE!

Staff was helpful and polite. Clean customer area, and right on schedule. This is only my first year using the product, so I can't rate the product yet.
