Canadian Tire

Typical Canadian tire store. Often has good deals on most things and not seemingly over priced. Giving 3 stars however because I’ve noticed more than a few times of items being placed in the wrong spots and it’s either deceptive or incompetences on behalf of the staff. If you’re not paying attention or check your receipt/screen as they check you out, you could find yourself paying more than expected. In most, if not all, the products were faced which a costumer wouldn’t do.

This app double charged my payment and then did not even finishing processing the order. When I contacted customer service they said it is something that can happen in rare cases and that I could expect a refund in the next 7 days. So know am out $400 I needed for Christmas shopping that will not be placed back in my account for up too seven days. Customer service extremely unhelpful and basically shrugged their shoulder and said there is nothing they can do. When I mentioned that other companies process orders prior to charging the customer they stated that their policy is to ensure payment PRIOR to processing. RIDICULOUS why should I be held more accountable then them. Stick with Amazon or more reliable apps for your shopping.

Cory automotive department was amazing! He fit us in with our campervan and had us back on our road trip by the end of the day. He was a wealth of knowledge and was very friendly. We also got to meet his adorable dog. Thank you, Cory and team!

Rolled into town on Sunday. I had had a blowout about four hours before on one tire and another tire was acting funny. The tire area was closed but could see online they had four tires that would work. So I got on and scheduled an install online as well. Went to the store a little after 8 AM, they were able to squeeze me in put on all the tires and I was out within a couple of hours. I still have a 2500 mile trip ahead of me to get home. I was very very thankful and they did an excellent job, and was very fair with the pricing.

I appreciate the good service I received from Corey and the crew in the automotive department. Also the hunting/fishing department workers are very knowledgeable.
