Canadian Tire

This place is newly renovated. Things are much easier to find. Even though the store has changed, the staff never did. They are still the most helpful, friendly and courteous I've ever seen. No matter how the store looks. I keep comming back for the excellent service. Thanks to the employees for making this store great.

Rude and arrogant. Just got posted in and needed a tire fixed Wife went in to have a tire fixed. Was told to come in before 730 to get it fixed. She went in couldn't speak French so I called for her. Buddy in parts decided to change his story saying they wouldn't fix it and ignored her the rest of the time she was there. Terrible service.

So I brought my car in to get a diagnostic done. Then after finding out what was wrong, they were able to get me in the same day before noon. There customer service is awesome at the garage part. I have never had a problem going there or even getting an appointment that fits my schedule. Have to admit I've been very lucky with this place. :nThank you Chicoutimi Canadian Tire.

Good customer service, when you can find someone. The store is usually a MESS, especially towards the back, and it's near impossible to find anything, even if the website lists it as in stock.

may be it is a season changed but i have seen store in apocalyptic movie less upside down than the day i went...
