This is a perfect example of horrible customer service! In my entire life as a consumer I have never been more disappointed or aggravated with a business! the truly appalling thing is that this business has a big reputation in this region, why, I'm not sure. the staff is uncourteous and rude, as though you had walked into their bedroom and woken them up. one can compare the experience to that of speaking to angry agent at the SAAQ. weather you buy a pair of gloves or expensive sports equipment their cold reaction will be the same. no desire whatsoever to save their dying reputation. after asking around more and more people are stating to wake up and realize that the experience isn't a positive one. on a lighter note they have an adequate selection of somewhat overpriced gear its just a shame to leave a store feeling so disappointed.
