Canada Post North Vancouver Delivery Depot

Very sad that the service is so poor. No one is accountable. Almost everyday we receive mail for the family next door. This was kindly and respectfully drawn to the delivery person and they acted like it was not big deal. They can't read the number correctly but will not deliver for the tiniest reason. I would be fired for such lack of professionalism poor attitude and skill. All you have to do is put the letters in the correct mailbox. There was also a case were mail was returned as the person read the return address sticker on the back and put it in that slot for delivery. The letter was time sensitive but when reported was met with an 'oh dear that happens attitude" and open 10 am to 2 pm Great hours. !!!!!

Strange Operation. People who work there are nice though. Our mailboxes @ Parkgate were compromised for the 2nd time this year. We come to this Post Offie Depot till they are fixed in 4-5 weeks; we give them our ID & stand in a lineup in the entry, with no seating. There is a little roll up window cage to serve customers, but seems to closed when I am there. The crazy part is the hours. 10am - 2pm. Basically if you work 9-5pm - how will you get your mail?? Your ID drivers license with address on it is required to pick up the mail. Catch 22.

One of two actual post offices in the North Shore. 1427 Bellevue has actual Canada Post staff, but they offer Postal services and boxes. It is not a Postal Depot where Delivery Agents work.

Arrived at 10 am when they open, there is a buzzer that states Customer Service Bell Please Wait for Service. So did that at about 10:03. Another customer came in pushed the button at 10:13. At 10:20 and now 3 customers an employee finally comes to see what we need. Then after 20 minutes he says we do not accept parcels. Yet when i google Canada Post out going mail this was the first choice of sites. The website should say the services provided.

10am to 2pm? Most people are at work during that time. How can you expect people to do pick-ups. You should transfer all packages to other post office that open later. There are several on Lonsdale.

Absolutely amazing and helpful staff that work here! Appreciate them so much especially around this time of year. Not a post office location, depot resolves only; was directed here by Canada Post customer service.

I HATE CANADA POST! They "lost" my parcel and when I called they said it would be delivered tomorrow. 2 weeks later and they r still saying it will come the next day!! WHO R THESE TWITS???

Not a postal outlet. Just a depot.
