Cadmos Stationery Post Office

This place is great! Yes, they can be a little slow, but look at the volume they're dealing with for such a small space! They allow me to bring my dog in with me as well which is why i am giving them 5 stars!

Really nice and helpful staff, they were patient and understanding, helped me pick the method of shipping that bes fit what i wanted. They also have a decent selection of stationary,.

The worst Customer Service imaginable, I have made a formal Canada Post Complaint as this is now the 4th time I have dealt with awful employees. (all of them have poor people skills) I walked in 2 ladies were on the computers, i walked to the desk neither of them said hello or even looked at me... I finally said hello? and the one lady reached out her hand to take my card, without even making eye contact... punched in a few numbers than just said "tomorrow"..... I was confused as nothing was ticked off on the delivery card, she said they drop stuff off later that afternoon so I asked her if i could come back.. To which she looked very annoyed, and said "no tomorrow better".... I don't care whats "better" for you.... I want my package...? i let this type of interaction slide 3-4 times before but, i really think they are pushing it .. I know LOTS of people who have had this same interaction with them.... just awful, and embarrassing. never answers the phone, always look unenthused and pissed off.. don't care.. How is it still running??? ..

I have experienced poor and slow service at this location. I would go somewhere else if there was another local option.

Very happy with the services of the owner, does all she can to solve any conflict.
