I had a fantastic experience today at Canada Post 500 Country Hills Blvd NE #725, Calgary, AB T3K 4Y0. As soon as I walked in, Kayden greeted me warmly and invited me for service right away.nnI handed him a packet for posting, and he handled everything quickly, efficiently, and without any issues. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free. What stood out the most was his positive attitude and the happiness on his face—it truly made the experience even better.nnGreat customer service like this deserves recognition! Keep up the excellent work, Kayden!
I just wanted to give recognition to the young gentleman working today. I needed to tape my shipping label to my package and he was patient, kind and helpful. He remained calm and cool attending to each person even though there was a line. Great service!!
That is very bad branch that i have seen in all of my life , all staff have bad behaviour and slowly,specially kayden, who has bad behavior and he just take a lot of time of me, for nothing, i am not satisfied with this branch, I believe that everyone has this problem,
Just had a disgusting experience here that left me with a nasty taste in my mouth.nnI had moved here not too long ago so haven’t had the chance to change my address on any of my identification. Especially because this won’t be long term.nnI came to pick up a package, and clerk 1 says my address doesn’t match and that she can’t give me my package. I then go on to let her know that I’ve picked up here 2 times in the last 2-3 months and didn’t have a problem.nnClerk 2 comes and already I could tell this was going to be terrible, she then states the obvious concern here that my address didn’t match and I explained to her that I had moved here etc. she starts raising her voice at me “don’t you work here?!” “Don’t you pay bills?!”n“There’s a long line up behind you!”nI then explain to her that I’ve picked up here before no problem, I even described 2 of her co workers who SHE even confirmed. And said no no no they know better.nnNow I’m flustered and tried to calm her down, saying we don’t need to raise our voice, I told her if I can get my package -cool. if not then we can send it back. She then keeps pointing at the line and keeps asking for my bills, and my lease agreement LOL, we all carry those around. Then she gets mad that she has to send it back.nnVery unhelpful. She could have maybe gave me some suggestions instead she just made me feel like an idiot in front of this whole line of people. Ended up not getting my package which was literally just Pokémon cards. I’m sorry but I won’t be yelled at for some monsters on little pieces of cardboard.nnShort, white lady, white hair, glasses. Her two other coworkers tall curly hair woman, and young Asian girl though you guys are awesome.
Selfish act. You guys do strikes on your costumer? Why you guys do it without delaying costumers parcels?
