I have had horrible experience after horrible experience with this Canada post location. The main women who works there is so rude and unhelpful. I’m not one to do reviews but this last experience has me very upset. I needed to come in for a verification process for a job. The time limit for this was so limited and this is very important to be done. She scans my info and IMMEDIATELY turns me away. She said my address was wrong but it was not. It said 1. Prior to my address and because of that she said it was not able to be done. That I’d have to go back to the company and have them fix my incorrect address. It was not wrong. The 1. Was the LINE NUMBER. I’ve since gone this morning to another Canada post and there was never an issue. She just wanted to not help me. And this has been the case in the past. She acts annoyed that a customer is there that she has to help. She eats at the front then yells at you for interrupting her lunch?? She’s always rude and unhelpful. This was the last straw. I stressed the importance of this verification and the very limited business days I had to be verified. She sent me on a whirlwind with the company that never even needed to happen. Because nothing was wrong. A different Canada post had no issue. At all. It was simple and it took 2 minutes. This location is awful. I do not recommend going here unless you enjoy having your day ruined by someone who clearly hates their job and has never been helpful in the years I’ve had to come to this location. She also has never once answered the phone. I’ve called back to back to back to talk to a person regarding different kinds of inquires and I’ve never gotten through ever. Don’t waste your time!
It's your local Canada Post. The hours work, and I'm able to come to drop off packages and pick up others.nnStaff are professional and knowledgeable. There's never too long a line, either.
Daisy at this Canada Post location is a rockstar! I always try to go to this location if possible because she is always quick and always knows what's going on. Service always seems faster and lines always seem shorter than any other location I go to, likely because of her. Thanks!
Absolutely the worst post office to get through tonBeen trying for the last 20 minutes
I like Canada Post overall, but the service in this location is bad. There is one particular person who just seems to have a bad day every day. It really spoils the experience and I dread to go to this location in case she is working that day. Everyone else seems to be great though.
