Great service and shipped on Tuesday due to the Civic long weekend holiday. Open on weekends. Quick and easy inside Shoppers Drug Mart. Free parking.
If I would have an option , I would not give even one star . The ladies working there are so rude . They need to learn how to interact and give customer service . I politely asked her for just a tape as my package needed a little she rudely said you can buy it for $4 but can’t provide you one . How long it takes to put single strap of tape on a package . Its not like everyone is asking you for it . Have some humanity . I went to other location they happily helped me. Worst experience.
This Canada Post location is the most CONVENIENT for where I live I don’t drive and have to walk. I always resent going to buy items that’ll be on a different review and to mail items here is just as hindering because the two females who seem to work the most, are both rude with attitude towards the customers and I can’t say I’ve ever seen either smile.nIm out of work right now which isn’t the point, but for 15+ years I’ve worked in the customer service industry, and if I even showed a fraction of the attitude ONE time that they do on each of their shifts, I wouldn’t have lasted a day.nForgive my venting output, but I just find it completely unacceptable.nI’ve witnessed their snottiness towards others besides myself on many occasions too.nI understand that everyone has their day- but for the 99.9% of the time, you leave that attitude at the door and put on a smile on your face. At least acknowledge the customers in an appropriate and kind manner.nIf these female post office employees don’t appreciate their jobs they should look into something more where they can work alone or away from the general population.nThe customer shouldn’t have to be the one to say “Hi”/ “How’s your day”/ and/or “Thank you” first.nIn my personal opinion, that’s what the employee should be saying/asking.nOn a POSITIVE note, there are two different male employees which are much friendlier, unfortunately they don’t seem to work much. I maybe see them once to every thirty times I see the females post office employees.nnLastly, I agree 100% with the commenter below. If you can go to Marlborough mall Canada Post, DO IT! They are awesome and always friendly.
Filipino lady that's works during the day is rude. I've been in here afew times and she says nothing to you and is sharp with responses everytime I come in I am pleasent and say hello she doesnt respond just agressivly takes your stuff and rudely asks questions. Clearly whoever employes her doesn't care as she specificly has bad reviews and still works here.nnAvoid if she can't even work up the ability to be mildly pleasant I'm quite concerned she doesnt care enough to do her job properly I am super worried my mail is not going to be sent correctly due to her terrible attitude.
Worst customer service i have ever received. Only reason i stopped by this location is because it’s on my way home. 10/10 the two filipino women working here delivered bad attitude towards customers. Never smile, took my packages and threw them like tossimg old toys. These workers should be fired due to this bad attitude. Shame on them!
