Rates are good...if you can get your card to work. When trying to get our parking ticket, we used 4 different cards including Visa and MasterCard which the machine says it accepts but the machine said every single one was "invalid". While we were there, we saw all others, except one group, experiencing the same issue with their cards. We tried to call the machine's help number and just got an answering machine. Note, you oddly can't put in bills, only coins or cards. Plus you can't get your ticket on the way in there was a machine at the entrance but it was unusable, the slots were covered up, everyone had to park their car, get out, find a ticket machine, get the ticket, go back to their car to place the ticket, and then walk out. It's kind of inconvenient and a hassle. On top of this, the whole place was quite dirty and in rough shape, and almost all the parking spaces are small and awkward to get into because there's a LOT of pillars taking up most of the space.

Our business rented a spot through the land lords all throughout the summer to place our dumpsters. Close to a thousand a month. When it came near to the end of our term we moved our dumpster from the spot and parked our car there instead for the remainder of our term. Which then got ticketed almost everyday. We called the first few times and a lady i spoke with told me we had it for a few more days and to ignore the tickets. Once we were tickets again i called back and spoke with Joe the VP of the company who then told me then there was no record of us renting that space at all. Seeing as we've had our dumpsters there the entire summer with out any warnings to move them would imply that he is either negligent at doing his job or he is blatantly lying about the space that was rented and just tried to charge for the space that was already paid for. Luckily for them the location is prime, but their customer care extremely poor, unorganized and baffling to say the least.

Be careful. My car was broken into in the middle of the day!!!. I called the Garage Managment office and they assumed no responsibility. They didn't even have CCTV to monitor the place !!!!

Parking at the lower Jarvis location is ridiculous. The parking attendee is ignorant and rude. On the plus if you want FREE parking you can just drive right in because the parking attendee is too busy texting and checking social media.

Nothing fancy but pretty convinced this is the cheapest garage in the area. $12 for the day until 6:30 pm and $5 all night.
