Unbelievable service, great pricing, and excellent care for the well being and peace of mind for ANY Recreational Vehicle customer. We found Brian, Marg and their team: 1) extremely knowledgeable about all types, makes, and models of RVs and Trailers 2) very good in their pricing 3) extremely thoughtful and kindly responsive to all the questions and concerns we had. Believe us that we had lots of questions - and all of them were addressed or responded to in a prompt and excellent fashion. Most of all, Camper's World people are just good, straight shooting, no nonsense, call em as they see em, people who take great care of you full well knowing that this will bring them the repeat business in either repairs or RV purchases in the future. And we have no hesitation saying we intend to do just that even though we live 1 and a half hours away. This was seriously by far one of the best business transactional experiences we have had in our professional careers. The bonus is that Brian, Marg, and their team became great friends along the way. Thank you all at Camper's World.

I've worked with the staff at Camper's World several times. I found that most of the staff was knowledgable and helpful. The work I got done was done well and in a reasonable manner. The technicians really knew their stuff when it came to maintenance and questions. Obviously I made sure my trailer was empty when I brought it in out of respect for the workers, and everything was put back as it should be when I received it back. Great group to work with.

Despite a number of obstacles, their advice helped make it possible for me to get a quality, used RV that my family and I love. They also went above and beyond to help us make our holiday happen. When problems with my car made it impossible for my hitch to go on in time for our trip, the company pulled our trailer to the campground and set it up for us. Then came and picked it up a week later! The day my hitch finally went on, the company sent someone to Guelph and picked me up after work so I could get my car back that night. Awesome customer service!

Everyone is super friendly - but that's where the positives stop. They are super disorganized, and don't remember you. I was in 6 times in about 8 weeks and they have no idea who I am every time. I brought my camper in for brake and bearing work, which was completed. But then when i took it home the rear wheel was squeaking and getting really hot. So I dropped it off and left it for the week. When I brought it in they said it sounded like I needed bearing service - which had already been done 6 weeks prior - they had no idea it had been done by them previously. When I called back a week later, the work wasn't completed and they thought I hadn't picked up the trailer from the work done 6 weeks prior. They didn't make a work order and had no idea why it was there. When I had my brake controller installed it melted the brake wire and almost caught on fire because they connected to the wrong wire. They should have known which was the correct wire. They repaired the propane lines, but when they put the new regulator on, they put in such a place that I couldn't put in the BBQ tanks - I had to have them move it again. The mechanic's response was "why didn't you tell us you wanted dual tanks" To which I had to reply "why didn't you put the regulator in a place where dual tanks would fit, since you only sell dual tank mounting brackets in your show room?" They don't call back when the work is done, you have to call them every time. I am concerned that the brake and bearing service I already paid for wasn't even done. After they fix this "work", I'm not going back. It makes me want to take it to another place to verify the work.
