Family Camping at its best in beautiful Muskoka!

Story

We have serviced and unserviced sites and cater to both
seasonal and overnight campers. And don`t forget our cottages
and sleeping cabins.

We offer large wooded sites, hiking trails, free mini-golf, a nice
playground, sports facilities and a salt-water pool.
There are many planned activities on the weekends, such as
Euchre, Beef Roast, cardboard boat race and more.

In July and August you can enjoy our daily tractor ride, which
will take you through the whole park.
On long weekends we organize kids` games, horseshoe
tournaments, family dances and family bingo.

5 families came together to camp/“glamp” at Camp Hillbilly this week, and what a great time we had! The park is not too large so easy to get everywhere on foot. There is a nature trail, a pond, and a small beach for exploring. There are so many social events I wish I could have done it all darts night, cards night, movies for kids, dance parties!. A couple of our families stayed in Cabins 4 & 5 which were perfect, they came with a mini kitchen, bathroom, double bed & a set of bunks for the kids. Very clean and cosy! The staff was truly incredible really the only reason I am writing this review. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and make sure everyone was comfortable and happy. Steve, Bobby, Kim, and all the other great staff, keep doing what you are doing and people will come back for your customer service alone! Honestly wonderful. The only reason I did not give a 5* was the noise traffic from Hwy 11 was a little too much for us our cabins were right along the highway so understandable but still not the best location.
Great Labour Day weekend! Loads of activities. Great weather. Great company. Park never disappoints! Staff is awesome! Seasonal campers are soo friendly.
We stayed at the park for a week. We have mixed feelings about the park/ some of themseasonal campers. The park itself served its purpose to us by providing a home base for the week. The park itself is right off the highway but unlike other people's reviews, it was something we didn't hear all the time. We found that some seasonal campers had no regard for transient campers. As people walked thru transient campers' sites. The weekend was louder and less enjoyable than the time throughout the week.
This camp was alright! It was family friendly many activities for kids but the noise level was terrible if your looking for a quieter campground definitely wouldn’t recommend this one. Lots of highway noises and partying until very late.
Absolutely great campground kids had a fabulous time. Always something to do. They even have scavenger hunts for the kids hiking fishing swimming ,mini golf playground ,horseshoes ect. Also pet friendly! Highly recommend
Love this place, my boyfriend and I take my step-daughter there and she also loves it! There’s a pool, two playgrounds, mini golf, and alllways something fun happening! Definitely recommend this trailerpark! They also rent out beautiful cabins
Nice place to stay very fun to camp here 2Nd year trying this place out and was very fun both times. There’s one person that stays in a trailer that thinks he owns the place tho owner was nice but this other guy yelled at me for going 10km in park and I told him to come see for him self and was just very rude than we saw him walking over to the park taking videos on younger kids and yelling at them to stop playing and having fun other than that it was a great stay and enjoyed my time there
I would not stay at this place again. Saturday night there was a video concert in the field across from where we were camped. We were not informed of this happening before our stay. This concert went on til well after midnight. The music could be heard through out the entire campground. I felt this was very unfair to the campers with small children. This was very much a "permanents" campground. Traffic was very loud from the highway. Not a place to go if you're looking for peace and quiet. I will NOT go back

Brenda one of the worst lady owner in this campground.She cancelled my booking in last minutes without any explanation. even if on phone very rude and doesn’t know how to talk with people. I such had a worst bad experience with this campground and this lady name Brenda. Dear campers think twice before you book this campground.Pls stay away from owner lady Brenda. I found other campground after she cancelled my booking last minute better campground where I get the excellent customer service.
