Everything was perfect. Staff was lovely and accommodating. Big clean rooms and a gorgeous view overlooking the harbour. We extended our stay because we love it here so much. Big shout out to Joan who greeted us with a smile and small chat every breakfast. Will stay here every time we come into town! Thanks to everyone.

Very comfortable hotel with a friendly staff in the expected Cape Breton tradition. Lovely views of the harbour, though my room was on the side. Nice breakfast buffet included. Some facilities are a bit dated but overall you a very nice experience.

This is a great place to stay in Sydney. We got two rooms and had 4 children and 4 adults. The suites were spacious, clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfy. The staff was cheerful and helpful with recommendations. We used our week here as a home base for sightseeing in Cape Breton, especially the Cabot Trail. The breakfast was delicious every morning and the rooftop fitness center was great. It was an excellent stay for the special price I got online.

Lovely views and excellent service! We stayed here over the holidays. Lovely views of the harbour. The room is spacious--suite style with separate bedroom. The buffet breakfast was nicely laid out and the staff were right on top of things (waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal, fruit, yogurt). Handy location and free parking. Friendly staff are always at the front.

Top notch. Clean comfortable and a great view of the active harbour. Nice location. The hotel restaurant has a decent breakfast. Fast elevator. Economic. Would stay again.
