First time in this store and my experience was correct. I knew what I wanted to buy and I ent there to see if they had the shoe in store since I saw it online.ucky for me, they had it. The store was crowded, probably due to Christmas eve. Nice location, close to a metro station. I didn't have to wait long to get my shoes so, correct experience for me.
About a month ago I got a pair of DMs from here with the exceptional help of Richard and Robbie - both of whom went above and beyond to help me find exactly what I wanted. There was an issue at first with the pair of shoes I chose to try on - the left shoe had been nicked! Don’t nick single shoes folks… anyway, they dutifully double and triple checked the stock room for me, and when it was confirmed missing they were really apologetic and immediately set about sourcing me the closest match to what I wanted. Exactly how you want to be treated as a customer. And we got there! I was really happy - and then on top of all their help they gave me 10% off for my trouble and because the price was a bit higher than the pair I’d wanted. 10/10 fantastic service from those two and the store in general - would recommend - and I will be coming back. Thanks guys! P.S needless to say my DMs are holding up nicely, even worn around the warehouse I beat them up in!
I went yesterday to purchase a pair of shoes, this branch had the most helpful staff such as Richard and everyone else there. They helped me find my size in numerous pairs of shoes and despite it being crowded they were all still extremely helpful! Best experience at an office branch that I’ve had, thank you again to Richard and staff :
Nice to see a smiling face in here. New manager, tall guy with tatts and dreadlocks was very helpful and friendly, said hi by the door as we came in, helped with my refund and searching for what my friend was looking for, with her admittedly poor description. Heard him telling staff to get out around the store too, although from past experience, will take some work. Work around the corner and visit often, so expected the usual disinterest, refreshing to see the change...hope you don't lose him so it lasts!
Normally I avoid shopping in central, but went in the other day to find myself a new pair of boots. Must say I didn’t expect much in terms of customer service, but had such a pleasant experience. Was served by the very tall guy in specs and tattoos, who seemed genuinely invested with my style debacle lol. He went out of his way to make sure I’d leave the shop happy. If there were more people like him working in retail, I would definitely make my way out more. Keep up the good work!
How a bad customers service could ruin your shopping pleasure? You found yourself in this shop wanting to buy shoes and nobody want to help you or they do it in a wrong maner. They don't care if you buy or not....
Today I went to this office to exchange shoes with my mom. There were two girls working at the cashier and we were trying to sort out the best way to get a refund and they were very rude. They were laughing and looking at each other as if they were laughing at us for no reason whatsoever and they were not helping us at all to get our refund. We ended up being forced to buy anything just so we can get our money back. We never write bad reviews because we think it is a waste of time, however this was the worst experience and i cannot understand how this is the standard at office oxford street.
Terrible staff they are rude and very slow like they lost one of the two pairs I was trying to buy and it took three of them to work out how they lost one shoe - it was painful and they happily kept more people waiting queuing to buy at the till they could see us and ignored us by instead wandering round the store not doing anything near the shelves
If you want the reputation of your store to be ruined then keep employing people like Shannon because you’re doing an excellent job of getting rid of customers. Have never been into a store and had an experience like it. Conveniently there’s a Schuh close by - shall be shopping there from now on
Extremely friendly and helpful staff, who were able to resolve issues with previously purchased shoes.
