One of the staffs didnt let me return the pair of heels that were bigger than my size, just because she said i have worn them. Well, of course i wore them before, at the store when i tried them on, and at home when i know that those were too big for my size. The outer soles were already dirty when i bought them at the store. But she didnt believe me, and confirmed that i have worn them. Finally i couldnt return those. Then, have to pay another $10 for the stupid insoles. It sucks.
