"We are the first Chinese franchise that introduces Sichuan-styled fried chicken in North America. All of our food products undergo eight or more steps of procedures and marinates for at least 10 hrs . What sets us apart from mainstream fried chicken is the unique, cultural flavours of marinade we use, and our use of frying methods that maximize the full flavor of each fried chicken. We enhance our marinade with over four different kinds of chilis, which creates a juicy, flavorful taste. hand battered, hand breaded and deep fried instantly. We earnestly hope to bring a different culture of fried chicken to Toronto!"

I always go there for the chicken, my favorite.Food: 4/5
This location is in the First Markham Place food Court. It depends on what you are ordering, most of the time is make to order. I ordered to eat at the food court but they put it in a take out bag not sure if they pack everything in a take out bag anyway. In the take out bag it came with a disposable gloves, wet wipes and napkins. Took about 10 mins for my order which is reasonable for a make to order. Chicken is very hot and I have to wait for it to cool down a bit. The disposable gloves is an excellent idea. Chicken definitely taste different in comparison to other fried chicken places. But it tastes good. They have many combos special from $8 to $15 which I think is great value. When I place my order with a older lady and she had a hard time speaking English but I managed to place my order correctly. Overall it worth a try.
This is my favourite Asian fried chicken brand!! I first discovered in Spadina Chinatown, then recognized the brand at this foodcourt. I love the chicken wings - so juicy and meaty and crunchy. Plus I can have multiple flavours on 1 order because they have the DIY spice shakers! At the downtown location they mix the spice prior to serving so it's evenly and perfectly coated but I don't mind getting my hands on a couple more flavours at this location!!
A relatively newer addition to the First Markham Place food court is Call a Chicken, a franchise which has been popping up around town. For my first visit here, I decided to try out their SPICY CHICKEN SANDWICH. It's a decent sized burger, including its chicken patty. The meat was crispy and juicy, and I loved the spice which was subtle but slowly creeps up and lingers don't worry, not too much heat for those who can't tolerate! The sandwich itself is kept simple with just mayo, lettuce, and a soft bun. What I do love about this place is that they offer both WAFFLE and CURLY FRIES! The seasoning on both are the same, light but good enough to enjoy without any additional seasoning which they offer and/or sauce like ketchup. If you're a fan of Arby's fries like myself, I think you'll quite enjoy these. Both were soft in texture with a nice, slight crunch. The waffle fries definitely had more of a crunch to them. I managed to get all three items for $15 flat, paid in cash.
Chicken was super raw, employee kept ignoring me because tic tok was too important I guess. Very sad and very disappointed.
I bought 2 pcs for the son, he said so fresh and is the yummiest chicken ever. Then added another two. Happy eating!
Randomly ordered from this place and also the next door... over all very "normal". But for sure need to have better staff... the order was ready for 10 mins. Staff just playing her phone and doesn't say anything... if we don't ask. It's just left there. The wing itself is a pass. Lack of directly of flavour. Kind remind me of KFC hot wing. But not spicy. Nor it's juicy... It's not BAD. Nor it's GOOD... don't think will return. Nothing outstanding nor memorable. Nice packaging on the boxes for branding tho. High five on that...
Ordered a T3 $8.99+ combo $1.99 and charged me $13.55, when I confronted them, they said the price has been updated on computer but not on the menu. LIES
Deceitful. They had a 40% off promo during their grand opening period. Ordered the chicken burger reg.price $4.99, but was told the regular price had increased to $6.99. Guess what the regular price is now, after the 40% promo ended? $4.99. Who knows what else they're lying about or hiding.
So good! Signature burger was so juicy and delicious. It's so much better than your regular fast food chains. 10/10 would recommend!
