Delivery driver here; I dropped off an order today and when I walked in to the store the lady inside yelled at me and said “can I help you?” 2x, And I told her I am just here to deliver the parcel I had for them, then she responded by giving me a hand gesture to leave and behind me another lady came and said “you can’t enter through here, we left delivery instructions to drop off in the back” I had no delivery instructions for this order. Then I gave her the parcel and proceeded to walk out of the store then she locked the door after I left. If you are interested in having “Katherine Newman Design” as your interior designer I’d think twice before doing so because treating a delivery driver which such disrespect shows a lot about them as a company.
