The Calhoun County Fair Michigan is the oldest County Fairs in Michigan and it shows. The buildings are in very poor condition including the animal barns, Grand Stands and exhibition halls etc... The rides were well below acceptable, no entertainment and the games were rigged. If you want to attend an excellent County try the Jackson, Michigan County Fair.

I feel this fair is one of the best around.
Something special for everyone going as far as to have special days: children's day,
Veterans day, seniors day....

Very disappointed. Drove from Lansing to visit the fair yesterday, Sunday August 13. Paid to enter, only to find many of the exhibits and displays were not even set up yet. If everything was not ready, they should advise you or not open. Spent $12 to have the opportunity to buy food. Will not return.

Nice grounds overall, driveway paths need resurfacing they're rough and have holes. Office staff nice enough but a tad disorganized.
