I was waiting until the end of my 6 weeks challenge to write my review and I am done!! So my goals was to lose 5 -6 kg, I was going to the gym before regularly, and I sometimes spend the whole day without food and eat one snack before sleeping, but I was actually gaining weight!! It was frustrating because I am spending effort in the gym, not eating at all and can’t reach my goals. When I met coach Paul in fit body camp, he totally changed my lifestyle, the nutrition plan he gave me was actually freaking me out how i will able to eat 3-4 meals per day and the portions are too much for me!! But he said that When I wasn’t eating enough, i was pushing my body to slow its metabolism and make it harder to burn fat, also I wasn’t taking enough protein to see results from the gym. Guess what!!! I started eating 3 meals/day and a protein shake as a snack and I started losing weight he also explained to me that the scale is not the best guide, I should take my measurements to make sure what I am losing is fat. I also went fit body gym 3-4 times a week for those 6 weeks. The gym is amazing, the coaches are so cool and energetic, its just half an hour but you are out of breath after. I can easily fit the gym in my schedule as a mum with a full time job!! Now after the 6 weeks I have lost 4 kg not 5 or 6 butttt I have downgraded my pants size by 2 sizes!! And my sweaters from small to extra smalland everyone has finally noticed my progress even though I am eating much more and having better time in the gym. I am so happy with my experience and I have signed a contract for a year to keep my motivation to the gym and i want to thank coach Paul for all his support and guidance Love you all Fit Body Boot Camp
I have been a member of Auburn Bay FBBC since January 2021, and I absolutely love it. The format is perfect for a busy working parent, which is small group fitness training in a 35 minute workout, with many class times offered in the morning and evening. I enjoy the variety of different types of workouts, it is a great mix of cardio and resistance training. The coaches are dedicated and really care about helping you reach your goals, and they do a great job of helping you correct your form during the workout, as well as offering modifications to adjust for ability or injuries. And at the same time, they also push you to work hard and achieve your personal best! I've lost weight, I feel strong, and I'm making lifelong changes to my health and well being. Highly recommend!
I'm a member here and I totally love it. Everyone us amazing from staff to members. You feel part of it from the beginning. I have been working out during my pregnancy, and couldn't feel any more support. Totally recommended!
If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding experience then this is a must do. The workouts are fast and effective and the program helps you stay focused and motivated. I'm half way through and I've already seen and felt so may changes. This will help you get the results you have been waiting for that other programs don't give you. Do it for you. Fit body for life!
Love Love Love! I joined Auburn Bay Fit Body Bootcamp 12 weeks ago and I can't say enough but this has been the best decision of my life. My health and fitness levels have improved substantially. I love how the coaches are so dedicated towards your progress. I got 1-on-1 attention from the coaches. Best part of it all is the sense of community. Met amazing ladies working out and it really nice to share the journeys together.
I joined ABFBBC in August after not having been in a gym for a little over 2 years due to an injury and recovery from a subsequent surgery. I was the heaviest I have ever been and was really apprehensive about joining as I was worried I couldn’t keep up with a “boot camp” workout. The coaches have been fantastic - very supportive and informative, helping me work to achieve my goals, available for questions anytime both in class and out, and providing modifications to a particular exercise when needed. The coaches genuinely care about the members, take the time to get to know you and acknowledge you by your name - you’re not just another face or paying customer like at some of the larger gyms. I’m a mom and work full time so I love the 35 minute workouts and having several options available for morning and evening workouts that work well with my busy schedule. Fellow members make you feel welcome, provide support and encouragement when needed - it really does feel like a family! Since joining, I have lost 12 pounds, several inches and have gone from a size XL to buying size medium skinny jeans and blazer last week. My coach has taught me a different way of thinking when it comes to getting healthy - it’s not just about the numbers on the scale. I’m glad I took a chance and joined. Thanks ABFBBC and coaches!
I've been coming here for awhile now and I have to say the coaches are amazing the environment is so welcoming and you just get so pumped and jazz doing the work outs.
I just DJ'd one of there fitness group wrap-up parties, great group! I don't think too many gyms would go to trouble to organize a wrap up function like this for their customers. The Auburn Bay people were pleasant and professional, they organized a couple of entertaining games for the party including body balloon popping and arm wrestling for the buffet.
