Went there to stock up for a BBQ & finally fill our freezer. They had meat packs available and I was able to take out all the pork chops & pork tenderloin and add more of other items... they said I could grab anything of the same value instead!! They packaged everything up and told me the dollar value I had left after all the weights were figured out. Ended up saving money since I was able to get food we'll be eating instead of the pork. Plus!! They had some amazing NY steaks on sale -- a box of 24 for $130-something. It fed everyone at our BBQ and we have extras for ourselves. Everyone loved the food at the BBQ and asked where we got it!!!! Definitely coming back next time we have a gathering or need to stock up.

Excellent store with friendly and helpful staff. I ordered marrow bones online at this location and they were out of stock but then they contacted me by email when it was available again. I used them for pho but they would be perfect for baking and eating with toast too.  They have all sorts of meats and pies and pates and jerky to try too. Definitely would recommend visiting this store if you haven't already.

Have been a customer of Calgary Meats and Deli for the last 2 1/2 years now. I was also a customer of Calgary Meats and Deli several years ago, 30, I moved out of the area and little has changed. Service is excellent and always friendly. The quality of the products are excellent as well. I receive great value because the quality mentioned above.  It's easy to understand why this community based business has not only survived BUT thrived for over 48 years.  I'm fortunate to receive free delivery with my orders which is also much appreciated.

Just got a supposively a 340 dollar meat package.. honestly whomever packaged this should be fired.. it was completely under weight.. The chicken breasts were so small that it wouldn't even be a standard portion we may have got half of the portion size that was declared on their pdf file.. I am not a person to be ripped off.. If it is what I suspect I will be seeing them in court..This was not a freezer filler. I  will be getting my daughter to bring her scale over tomorrow and taking pictures of this. We were also short on garlic sausage..

I went into this location this morning to purchase a 3 lb brisket and some yummy turkey sausages. The store smelled delicious and very clean and the staff there were super nice and amazing. I will definitely be back and  at least once every couple of weeks for some high quality meats. Keep up the great work team

Husband & I have been going there for about 8 years & we wouldn't go anywhere else!  High quality, fresh cuts designed to suit any budget. The employees are fabulous and go the extra mile with a smile.  HIGHLY recommend!

My husband and I have been going to Calgary Meats and Deli for about 2 years now. We know that we’ll be treated like gold every time we go into the shop!  The owner and employees never fail to impress, providing us with tasty samples and meeting us halfway when it comes to cutting our meats the exact way we want or asking us specific questions about how we plan on cooking our meat. Not to mention, they ALWAYS make regular conversation with us and make us feel right at home.  Quality products  We HIGHLY recommend this butcher shop!

I recently made an online order through Calgary Meats and was very happy with my experience. Large selection and great quality. A bit expensive but if it means I don't have to go to the grocery store during this strange time, then I am happy to pay. The quality of the meats is outstanding as well. They are offering free delivery within the city if your order is over $100. Happy to support local businesses like these and will shop here again. Thank you for the great service!
