We make all our products in house. We specialize in fresh and smoked sausages as well as homemade cold cuts and smoked bacon, pork loin etc.

To provide a high quality sausage and smoked product using Alberta Pork and Beef.

I've been taking my wild game meat to Rocky for a decade now and I receive top notch service every time. I can attest that my meat has never been pooled with other customers meat because of the quality I give and receive back. The sausages he makes for me are always awesome... all of my friends and family rave about the quality and excellent flavor! Superior packaging as well! Mild Italian is my favorite flavor. I highly recommend Rocky's Sausage Haus!!
Delicious beef cheddar sausages, pork sausages, beef bacon yumm yumm! Rocky and his team are also so great to deal with they deliver every week and we get to have some delicious grub. Thanks Rocky and team! Cetus Automotive loves the grub
We just recently ordered a couple of sausage packages from Rocky's and I have to tell you. Simply amazing. So far we have had the Chili Thai Chicken and the curry chicken. Both have incredible flavour and are super moist. We loved them. The service when we ordered was outstanding and very quick. We will be returning customers and plan on telling all our friends.
Best sausage house period... they specialize absolutely any kind of meat , pork beef chicken turkey and everything else that you preferred. they also do shipping of product that you order every Wednesday with minimum order. Their hot Hungarian sausage is phenomenal. Even wild games they cut and wrap or sausage they do and more. I recommend this place for everyone... I shop local and this is my place for everything come check them out... i just want to thank you Rocky for making my special sausage from my country....
My family and I often make our own venison sausage, but having such a large amount of moose to deal with, we decided to go with Rocky. Hands down the best venison sausages we’ve ever purchased! We’ve tried from a few other sausage makers in Calgary, but they did not compare to the quality, and the customer service that you get from these guys! I don’t think I’ll be trusting anyone else with the venison I get! I highly recommend the cheese smokies, and the andouilles!
We know this guy and his product from 2015. We did research in Calgary for best sausage and we found! We were selling Rock’ys product at rodeos like crazy. We were buying 400 -500 sausages for weekend ! Rocky is awesome person , sometime he worked overnight to get together my order ready!!!
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!! Took our deer here after hunting and waited 3 MONTHS! Then my friend 5 MONTHS! Almost half a year!!!! Absolutely ridiculous and would dodge calls. I had to spam the owners phone to get a hold oh him. Then my friend didn't even offer a discount or nothing for his meat. Unfortunate as the shop did do a good job. But my god was he horrible to deal with.
Ordered the chicken sausage variety pack - 6 different flavors, all amazing! Amazing quality and flavor, for great price! Highly reccomend ordering. will be ordering myself again once i eat them all which wont take long
Came across a coupon in the Community Care Builders Fundraising Book in support of The Veterans Food Bank of Calgary and I'm not disappointed. we bought the chicken variety pack of sausages and perogies. So good!! They were easy and quick to communicate with and even delivered it to my doorstep! will be ordering again
Really happy with the delivery Rocky provides all the way to Cochrane! Look forward to many more on line orders !
