They NEVER respond. Not online messages, not phone calls, not appointments. I made 1-hour appointment for my mortgage and it was a no-show from the advisor. The reason? He doesn’t speak English and cannot be bothered to schedule me with someone else. Supervisor promised to call and was also a no-show. They do not give a s*** about you and it’s the culture. Bank elsewhere to save yourself the pain.
I know they don’t care about the reviews but will write it anyway ..customer service is horrible. Why they don’t have more people working shoes how the really don’t care about there customer. And something the people that is supposed to work just stand there.
Tried calling and asking for call back about our mortgage and no one calls back. Sent emails and after 6 weeks of no replies, had to go into the branch and since on one was available to help, they said someone would call us about clearing our mortgage. Someone from the bank called us a week later but no clue what we wanted. Had to wait yet another week for the information ee had requested. Horrible service, no call backs and when employees leave, they don't even bother to put out of office, so no ever answers. Can't wait to be done with Dejardins. Never again!
This branch is by far the worst location ever. The branch is dirty the bankers tell you to go use another bank. They service here is unacceptable and the branch is filthy and smells. There were 9 people waiting today and one teller while 3 other women just stood there and watched. I will be moving my services to another bank and going up as far as I can get with this.
