After 6 e-mails and 6 conversations by the phone still wrong amount of money and in the wrong account deposited. We had to travel 450km to do the job.nChanging the rating from 1 to 3 stars, because we did whatever we intend initially by the phone and we had polite feedback from Desjardins. Still a bit disappointed after been customer for near 20 years and speaking mostly in french with the agents.
