I went there with modification to do to my accounts and the customer service was great. Almost did not wait and over the top i got a debit card replacement because mine was faulty. Within 45 mins i had seen a mamager and i was out with all done and a new card. Was really happy with the services provided
Terrible customer service - can’t make appointments- doesn’t follow measures for masks during Covid - if it didn’t take 5 hours for customer support by phone I wouldn’t be here - would seriously consider changing banks
