If you are looking to be on the phone constantly trying to keep track of your money by people who have no idea what they're doing, than this is the bank for you! I have had the run around more times than I care to share and the service is, at best, inept and unprofessional. The manager could sure use some courses in financial protocol. Prearranged phone appointments he made with me were NEVER on time which is disrespectful and downright rude. Do yourself a favour and go anywhere else! I am updating this review because when contacted by the bank I could not reply to the link that they sent me so I will just put it here. After having to run around to get an affidavit signed because of mistakes the manager made with my account was very inconvenient for me and rather ridiculous. When I told the manager I was going to drive from Cornwall where I live to the location in St. Lambert where he works, he made a point of not being there. By his own admission his coworker said as he walked in moments after I left, "Talk about timing!" I say talk about unprofessional and rude behavior. So there is your answer LBCOwner.
