I felt like I was little late to fond out this amazing place. Loved the quality and quantity of Hot Chocolate and Other beverages. There's some special ingredient in sandwiches which felt like small dry mango chunks and the sandwiches were so great.
Got a recommendation from hotel concierge to try this little cafe, so glad I did! The girl as cash was very friendly and gave me coffee suggestions. Their southwest breaky wrap was amazing as it was heated up. The cheese had a bit of a cheese pill and was AMAZING with the salsa!
A solid choice for well made espresso. The staff are super-friendly and provide great service and make a fine espresso macchiato. The food is well above average for an espresso joint. I especially enjoyed their soup.
Love the place! Been here once before but was served by an old friend Carine & it is super rad & nice! Sorry I didn't review when here before! Love the coffee, atmosphere is EXCELLENT becsuse of some other folks I know from Kamloops Brett Tippie. This time around the staff werent overall friendly, just doing "the job" & was served. Sometimes it's nice to be personal as it is usually someone's 1st or last coffee for the day & sometimes that helps people want to come back, or recommend. I do recommend tjis coffee spot to folks traveling through, as I love the atmosphere, as it feels 100% Kamloops life. Service was a 2 star, but overall it's a 5 star for me. Just a lil more friendly would be nice...
We just paid $36 for a large cappuccino, a small London fog and two microwaved sandwiches. I have no idea how much the sandwiches cost because the price isn't listed anywhere on the website or in the store. I could have got these exact same items, and they would have tasted as good or better, at Tim Hortons for $20 total. This place is insanely expensive and doesn't really justify the price whatsoever. Super disappointing.
I love this place! Today I tried the wicked Thai soup with garlic bread. Not sure why I haven't had this before, but it was SO GOOD! I highly recommend.
A cozy space with friendly staff, Hands down my favourite London fog and caramel macchiato in town. I also got the pesto chicken sandwich and it was lick-the-plate kind of delicious.
I only have liked one thing on the menu and every other thing I have tried has been pretty gross. I tried a piece of pie that was $6 for a small slive and that was soft even the crust, baby food soft as if it had been in the fridge and collected condensation for a week and just lost all its structure and was filled with water is the obly way I can exolain it even the end crust piece was mushy. I also tried the chai tea late and it tasted like perfume. Everything else Ive had I really could not force myself to have more than one bite and for the price it just isnt worth it. I really enjoyed the veggie quickstart and the capicoli but that is the only edible thing I had. Its really unfortunate as the atmosphere is great and there is lots of seating and it is clean which is nice. Baristas are really nice though and have walked me my food to my table and are very friendly and the hours are convenient as well and its nice that they have a tipping option on the machine even for visa cards. Unfortunately I will not be back or recommending it though as even if the atmosphere is the best place in town and the staff are friendly the food is the worst Ive had the last three years in Kamloops.
Must. Go. Here. I asked peers, best espresso in town? “You have to try Motivo” Also recommended- the Gibraltar if you love Espresso Also I had one of the softest most delicious cookies at a coffee shop. Great place, great atmosphere, outstanding coffee. Really reasonable prices too. Highly recommend.
I had a brie and chicken sandwich. Oh wow, it was good. So much cheese and the peach chutney just added to the flavour of this sandwich. My wife had a veggie breakfast wrap. Lots of egg and the zucchini was cooked to perfection. I definitely recommend having lunch here.
