This place was a delight and delicious. The owner was so kind, accommodating and educational. Everything we had was so tasty and healthy. Try the steak wrap and the salads. Can't recommend enough. The only downside is that they aren't in Vancouver. Come soon.

I get the Mayan maca hot chocolate and chocolate chip cookie often as a little treat, and their lunches don’t disappoint. Particularly the walnut taco salad. Pictured here is the My Thai chicken salad, also good! The staff are incredibly friendly. I thoroughly enjoy my conversations with Jorgia. It’s nice having healthy options for lunch! Thank you!! I do wish it was open past 4pm, but can’t have it all.

Excellent food, excellent drinks, excellent service. Decided to come here on a whim while passing through Kamloops and was so glad we did. A great place for vegan diets, those with dietary restrictions and those who just want a healthy, filling option that has great value for your money. We had the Baja Steak wrap and Walnut Taco Salad - one of the best salads I have had. We also had Heart Beet juice, Berry Power Smoothie and GF/DF Chocolate chip cookies - all of which were excellent. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful and really helped to round off the experience. We will definitely make a point to stop again the next time we pass through.

Recently tried out the Cafe during my hospital stay after having my 3rd baby. What a great option this is to have over hospital food. I ordered the deep roots bowl - fresh, flavorful, variety of texture and the dijon maple dressing was incredible. Highly recommend! This food fuels you and successfully makes you feel human again!

Berry smoothie was so-so, needed more dates or berries as it didn't really taste like anything. The spice cake was dry. I've had better luck with the DF "cheesecake" previously so might have been an off day.

I am in Kamloops for one day for work and was delighted to find this gem. The food and service is 5 star! And to top it off the staff noticed me outside half an hour before scheduled opening and let me in to sell me a coffee which was excellent and a delicious muffin. Highly Recommend!!!!!

WHAT A PLACE! We heard from family we we're staying with that this was a new place to check out if you are vegan, and it was all farm to table! We called because we couldn't find the menu online and they said meat is an additional option but nothing comes with in my default and that a few items had eggs. We went and there was 6 of us, the owner Natalie offered us the meeting room which said reserved as it is mostly smaller 2 person tables and a bar style seating. She notified us that it was normally 30/hour but as it was in use we were more than welcome. It is was the fabulous hanging plant wall you see in the photos, imported from the US it's made out of wool and completely leak proof. The menu was creative and unique, and the time she took to explain everything even down to how they brew coffee which is also incredibly interesting was fantastic. I would 10/10 recommend a visit to this lovely cafe

WOW! Brand new business doing extraordinary things. The space is beautiful and calming. The menu is all made from scratch and super healthy. Staff are lovely as well. I’ll be back Update: Ordered catering for the hospital through Ahhyay and couldn’t be happier with the service. The food was fresh and tasty, and all of the clinical staff loved it!
