It's mcdonald's, you know what to expect, you know what you're getting. Standard procedure. Now this particular location are bellow par when it comes to drive through orders. When they don't put 7 fries in your bag, they mess up your burger when all you asked was no onions. You go to McDonald's because you need sustenance and it's fairly good but make sure you double check your bag before leaving the window.
Gave a coupon for a breakfast. 2 trios for 9,98$ they charged 17,98$. Kept the coupon with no explaination. Came to find out on my own that it was bc we asked for 2 medium coffees instead of the small coffee that came with the coupon. I understand the shortage in staff and most probably a young person who is uncomfortable with procedures and or dealing with clients. But there were three places to catch the error, at the initial ordering and the two take out windows. Not the first time going to this Mcdo, but I believe in three chances, this was their third. At least the coffee was good.
Stopped in on my way back from montreal. The lady was so friendly and easy to talk to. She even gave me a hug , great service. Had to get this pastry. Not sure what's the name but it was delicious.
WIth 2 babies its easier to order from here through doordash and not one single time have they gotten our order correctly. Its always missing items multiple and the sandwiches are literally trash. They throw 1 piece of lettuce, tomato and 1 slice of bacon and put it in an undercooked bagel and thats what they call a blt. Today was the last straw, chance after chance they keep on screwing up!
Very sloppy in making your meals and a member of the staff is very rude.
The garbage can are full, there is vomit in the bathroom, the floor is dirty and the guy on the cashier is on a bad attitude.
Reasonably sized McD. Sufficient seating space available indoors, and some outdoor spaces as well. Lots of parking space available on site as well.
Best way to order mcdonald's is with the app and drive through pick up. Fast service every time, at this mcdonald's Anyway.Service: 5/5
The worst. Service is slow. Printers don't work to get you order and the screen is out so you cannot even see what order they at currently serving. No way they respect covid rules with everybody jam packed...and they forgot stuff on my order.
