Café Follia

I had low expectations before visiting this café. I was aiming for a crowd pleaser, nothing fancy. Oh lord. How could they shoot below that low bar! My latte was tasteless, highly diluted although it was a small serving. No taste from the coffee a hint of roasting but it could have been “anything roasted” nor from the milk. How can we make it so wrong. A lot of investment in equipement for a mediocre experience. Oh and it is expensive. There’s a good chance you’ll have a better coffee at the gas station next door

Very intimate and friendly cafe. People greet each other - staff and loyal customers. Good choices for drinks. Great place to read in peace.

A little cozy place, very friendly people, I would defenitly go back whenever I'm passing by Quebec City Good coffee and I recommend the caramel muffin
