Honestly the rooms were great. The casino was fun. The only complaint I have, was that the main check-in desk was a long walk from the tower we stayed in. There was very little signage or information given beforehand on how to check in. I ended up lugging bags from a parking garage, through a casino, up stairs, then had to retrace my route just to go back to another tower to my room. Those issues were the only ones. The rooms were very clean. Great views. Elevators always came really quick when called. Comfy bed. My girlfriend loved the heat lamp in the bathroom. The casino has a calm relaxed vibe until about 9pm when the younger crowd comes in, so depending on what you're looking for, plan accordingly. Staff at the casino were super helpful and friendly. I will absolutely come back.

Great clean hotel and room. Friendly staff. Casino and few great bars. Definitely, challenging parking: park and walk to the hotel to the reception on the second floor or use valet. Another minus is linked room to next door room; do not like to have that option and honestly would like to know in advance if the room is linked. Enjoyed my staff and will be back!

Just stayed our first night there and enjoyed it. Initially finding our way to the self-park lot was a little more challenging than expected, but I probably have to own that myself. Once we got inside the building the staff was friendly and helpful, but not all that accurate, in helping us navigate to the various places we had to go. Room was spacious, with a very large bathroom, and also had a great view of the river. On check-in we made reservations at Nero's steak house in the property. That was pretty smooth given that they were busy due to a Russell Peters show in the the building for the night in question. However, when we called Nero's to adjust the reservation we weren't showing up in their system. That lead to a few anxious moments, but they were still able to squeeze us in, in the end. Enjoyed some time in their pool area too. Spa is currently closed still due to COVID, I believe, so that was a bit disappointing. Overall good experience though. Will return.

To be fair it deserves a 4.5 star rating taking into consideration the following. Most likely Caesar's Windsor is the nicest hotel in town. Our room was on the 20th floor and we had a nice view. The beds were very comfortable and the room was clean. The bathroom was also nice. I should have taken more photos. The town itself has little to do so I'm happy we opted to staying at the casino hotel. The parking is free but there is a resort fee. The service in the casino itself was a little slow to get a gaming card because they needed to amalgamate the card with other properties I had visited in Vegas so that's the only negative thing that happened. Not the fault of the employees, but waiting half an hour for a card is a little much. Food at breakfast was self service but the prices were reasonable and the food was good. The staff all over the casino were nice and helpful.

The hotel is amazing, very huge with great amenities like the business center, gym, spa and a casino. The staff is great and overall it was a good experience staying there. The rooms are spacious, but there was no microwave which is a bit inconvenient. There was a mini fridge but no bottled water or dental kit. I took out a star from the review just because of these things.

Awesome experience! Although I didnt go to the casino part I was there for a concert. Theatre was great for viewing the stage and audio was fantastic. Clean and bright all the way in the hotel and gaming areas. Food at legends dining was great and at a reasonable price. I suggest lining up early for 4 o'clock opening if you have limited time. Room was fantastic! Easy to get to and parking was easy to find. Only draw back is it was a little confusing to find my way around until I got escalators and elevators figured out. Otherwise 5 stars!

Mostly we loose money, but still we are on positive equity, means I have made more money than I spent there. Definitely main attraction in Windsor, security is very professional but friendly. Too big, so many games, pretty nice refreshments, clean washrooms, nice ambiance. It has a vibe. Been there for years, this were city of Windsor make money. I am missing the WAR table they have removed.

Beautiful casino, clean with loose slots. Lots of table games to choose from also. The rooms are clean and have nice comfy beds. We had a wonderful time and the staff is so helpful and friendly. Brian in security was amazing - he helped us so much. Great view from Forum tower of the Detroit shoreline. Would have given 5 stars but rooms are a little bit dark especially if you are putting on makeup and the bathrooms are very clean but could use an update. I will def. Be back !

Great casino with nice hotel rooms on the Windsor waterfront - while my wife plays slots I enjoy a nice bike ride along the waterfront. The area around the casino is a bit sketchy and I would not let my wife walk to any of the many nearby bars or restaurants on her own! My wife says they have a great selection of slot machines and the loyalty program gives her some nice rewards including free hotel rooms.

All staff are friendly, caring, and know the answers to all questions we asked. Love the games that were there before the covid outbreak. It was so much fun playing the old games. I hope the front doors open up soon, and the buffet is back. Blessing to all of you and yours forever.
