Always great, quick and friendly service at this location. And this is a great spot for passport photos. Only $13 plus tax, and you don't need to be a member.

Excellent customer service location. Been going here for years and staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. Be it for an international driver's licence, or insurance for medical, lost luggage etc, CAA is all very much worth the peace of mind when travelling.

Plenty of staff were on site at this location so service was quick! They have a good selection of products to make travel easier too! I was very satisfied and would recommend this location if you need CAA.

my electric bike started stalling on me and my mother called CAA as she's a member was told it would take 3 hours to get a tow, which is crazy.. fortunately a lady called us back and told us he'd be there within 2 hours which is better but still terrible. got to the location where i left my bake and when we recalled to inquire about where our tow was we were told to wait another 30 minutes as there wasn't one around. we were both very frustrated as they could give us any proper times at all.. i waited at location for 30 minutes.. then 40.. then a hour later, still no one i had to WALK my bike home at night, didn't live far onlu like 4km but with this very heavy electric bike it took much longer and was very straining for a small girl after finally getting home, i got a call saying the CAA agent was in the lot after 2 hours of when he should of been there terrible company

Had a brand new waitress. She was very pleasant but learning on the job. Food was very good and had a great time.

Needed some travel insurance. Linda, a most accommodating young lady dealt with my concerns very professionally. Advised on all available options and worked out a great package that suits my travel needs perfectly. I hope her boss sees this and rewards her with a good raise, he/she can't afford to loose her.

Was able to get the international drive driving permit. The wait time is long.

I was surprised that the door was locked with a notice to Call this number for service. I thought maybe to make an appointment for client control but not? I was greeted and assisted over the phone for my TripTik request. 1 1/2 weeks later the package arrived in the mail. All good, thank you.

It is best place to get passport photo for under 10 minutes.
