Great customer service from Sonia. I went into the store to start planning for a 6 week Australian trip and she listened carefully to our thoughts and came up with an amazing plan including flights(6), cruise, hotels and tour ideas. we made several changes and Sonia was always accommodating and had great suggestions and ideas for us. I would recommend Sonia, she definitely takes pride in servicing her customers and her job. thank you Sonia!

Julian was a pleasure to work with. He provided excellent customer service and was very helpful with booking my trip. I had such a great experience that I went back to work with him a few weeks later to book a family trip. He had great suggestions and feedback for both trips and I would highly recommend him! He answers promptly to emails, is highly knowledgeable and brings a great energy to the whole process of booking a trip!
