CAA-Quebec Registration Center

Fast, efficient and friendly! There are 4 clerks working, no lines and a bright, clean building with free parking. I tried an SAAQ office this morning and left since there were 20+ people ahead of me!

The best place in Montreal for license and automobile related bureaucracy I am using it for several years, consistently prompt, efficient and friendly service - everything you want from such an office. Also open Saturdays. A few additional notes: * I think this is a CAA run center and not a SAAQ. In contrast, my past experiences with all the SAAQ centers that I used around the city were some degree of bad. It seems that outsourcing this to CAA works quite well and should be done more. * I generally read the reviews before writing mine and here I saw some recent very low reviews that I wonder if they are genuine. The first one gives no reason for its low review and the second one is complaining of the long wait. My experience with the wait in this office was always favourable, and it is worth reminding people that if you go at rush hours (that now you can check on google) at any public office in Canada and Montreal you will always have to wait a rather long time - I will not politicise the reasons, but it is unfair to give such a low rating because of a problem that exists literally everywhere in Montreal.
