Extremely fast service from Luc and Mark. Able to answer all my questions very quickly with enthusiasm and competence, I'm very appreciative and impressive by the service at this location. Much faster than the Centres in Montreal downtown

Sad. Went to renew my passport. They do not offer that service. Told me to go to Montreal or Laval. So no passport service on south shore. Needs to change.

Actually, I was quite surprised with the speed, quality of service and the attitude of the employee I dealt with. While the line at the reception was not that long, the representative who did not have any customers at the moment stepped out of her office and asked me if I was there for the passport application. And then took me straight to her office. The whole process was about 10 minutes.nnThe only thing I find really silly is the paid parking around the office. This is Brossard, a village, not Montreal. First, there is plenty of free parking in 200-300m from there. Second, charging for parking on the federal property that is already owned by the customers, strictly speaking, is inappropriate.

Wonderful polite efficient friendly service in both languages. If you don't have an appointment , you will still be seen and the line moves very quickly. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I arrived 45 minutes before opening at 8:30 a.m. There were 4 people in front of me. By the time the door opened at 8:30, there were 50 people lined up outside. Good to come as early as possible :

I visited this centre for help with my brother’s OAS. He is 92 & in a senior’s residence. His monthly payments were unexpectedly stopped in 2023. The gentleman at the counter was extremely sympathetic & helpful. He provided me with instructions and a special form that not only reinstated the payments within a month but also deposited several months of back payments to his bank account.nThank you so much.
