Wonderful polite efficient friendly service in both languages. If you don't have an appointment , you will still be seen and the line moves very quickly. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I arrived 45 minutes before opening at 8:30 a.m. There were 4 people in front of me. By the time the door opened at 8:30, there were 50 people lined up outside. Good to come as early as possible :

Staff is very polite and professional and yes they do speak English. Came for biometric with the appointment. Took me only 10 minutes for the whole process. Kudos to service canada brossard.

The time lines are different from what the Montreal Passport office and Service Canada website says about the Passport application. The rating is for discrepancy in the information and the service. Staff are ok, they are doing their job.

I tried 2 days to get service, was not possible more than 2 hours in the line, I have to work, there was so much people for a little office, what is going on? why so much people as never before? I know everybody deserves service, we pay our tax for that but it is not possible no take action to give a decent service. Not everybody has time available to spent

This is my third time here and always have the job done. The staff is working well. Without appointment you have to wait a little bit , like every other place.
