Mauvaise info donnée à ma question s'il était possible de conserver mon passeport pendant mon renouvellement car je voulais aller aux USA. La réponse fournie par Services Canada de Brossard à ma question a été OUI mais qu'il fallait que je me déplace au bureau de passeports à Montréal pour ça. En fait c'est NON. À Montréal, on m'a proposé de rencontrer un commis senior pour émettre un passeport en urgence avec des frais supplémentaires de 110$. J'ai dit non, car mon passeport est encore valide pour 3 mois. Je pensais réserver un voyage pour septembre ou octobre et c'est pour ça que je me suis informée en personne à Services Canada sur Lapinière. Finalement, j’espère que cette info servira à quelqu'un car moi, j'ai perdu mon avant-midi sans compter le déplacement rive-sud au complexe Guy Favreau à Montréal.

Le personnel est sympathique et aidant mais le temps d'attente, autant à l'accueil que pour voir un agent est vraiment beaucoup trop long. À chaque fois que j'y vais j'ai attendu minimum 45 minutes.
